The Hand in Hand program supports patients their efforts to explore second opinions from physicians. Hand in Hand offers specific financial assistance for second opinion consultations by reimbursing expenses related to travel, phone bills, costs of the evaluation and directly related charges. Grants up to $1000 annually (per patient) are offered on a quarterly basis to qualified applicants.
