Hello again Wendy and Olga,
An additional brief comment on your theory Olga about Brittany's subcutaneous abdominal met having possibly been caused by biopsy needle track dissemination. Although she didn't have a needle aspiration biopsy of her liver met, she did have Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) to destroy the liver met, and the RFA probe certainly could have caused dissemination of the tumor cells, as we suspect that it may have also done when Brittany had her lung RFA. It is suspicious, but of course we have no way of knowing if the RFA procedure actually caused dissemination of the disease to other parts of her body, or if it is just the metastatic nature of the disease. So many unknowns, and so few definitive answers!
With special caring thoughts and continued Hope,
Bonni

That's what I meant Bonni, thanks for correction - I meant the needle track dissemination from any procedure - biopsy, RFA etc. But they did not have any in this area.
