Web-site changes

Hi people, we had to do some changes initiated by the member that is quit his participation in this board and requested to replace the names in all the posts so hence the short names. Furthermore, while on it, Ivan did some organizing of the posts we have around the board to make it more systematic and readable. Let us know if there are nay problems caused by all of this recent maintenance work.
