Good reason to minimize CT scans

So, a chest CT is like going to visit Chernobyl for an hour. Alternatively, there is evidence that if you have ~18 CT scans per year, you are at an increased risk of cancer due to radiation exposure.
Lower doses are potentially dangerous too, but no evidence exists. Just to keep something in mind, and I thought it's a very interesting chart to consider.
