I use the Angel Flight organization, their website is http://www.angelflightsc.org. Now Angel Flight is a national organization that its broken down in chapters depending on your location, mine is the south central location. Their phone number is 972-755-0433. They use private pilots who usually own small planes. its completely free as the pilot gives their time,plane and gas. I have used them for five times already and they are amazing.
