Hi Ap.
The Onc just suggests PET and Mri. No bone scan or CT. We’ve asked for other scans but they confirmed currently scans are enough.
In lung PET 2020 shown that no any met and also no met in 2018, 2019 compare to 2017 PET result and CT lung.
They did MRI abdomen that found 2.7 cm at post coccygeal region but the Onco and his team said that was not met , may be inflammation. So, we don’t know how to proceed ; waiting or seeking other opinions. We will meet my son surgeon who did operation at his knee in 2016 again next month. And ask him to re-check result at the newly seen in PET and MRI.
Thank you so much.

PET scan is not specific enough for the suspected new met but the MRI is, but I would not agree on the next scan in 6 months, but rather in 3-4 month to verify there is no increase in suspicious areas

Hi we were researching vaccines constantly and it looks like Pfizer has better profile - less side effects and more efficacy. Ivan already had his first dose couple of month ago and it getting ready to get the second dose.

Hi Ivan,
There was Keratosis Pilaris at his posterior coccygeal region and already excision.
His PET scan follow up result as of today is no changed of 0.5 cm in his lung and the report said it was perifissural nodule. Next week he will meet his onc for review the result.
He already received Pfizer 2 shots.
Thanks so much.

PET scan is very insufficient for ASPS tumors, it needs to be investigated with the MRI with the contrast.
