This topic is intended to collect the increasingly convincing body of evidence that combining some kind of SBRT for the brain metastases (basically any types of it - Novalis, GammaKnife, CyberKnife - as long as it is focused and high dose radiosurgery versus WBRT that is not effective in ASPS due to its radio-resistance) with immune checkpoint inhibitors improve both and provides a synergy, providing the better result that the radiosurgery and the ICI alone.

CONCLUSIONS:
Concurrent SRS-ICI therapy has a tolerable adverse event profile and may improve extracranial disease control and overall survival, supporting concurrent use in the management of BMs.
