conclusion

With tumours as rare as alveolar soft-part
sarcoma, therapeutic regimens inevitably have to be
assessed either individually or in small numbers of
patients. Our experience with this patient is
anecdotal and interpretation is hampered by our
ignorance of the composition of the herbal remedy
prescribed. However, it is our belief that the
circumstantial evidence is sufficiently strong to
make worthwhile a trial of therapy aimed at
inducing hypogonadism either by reducing the
secretion of sex steroids or by blocking their effects.

Been reading and thinking again. (Dangerous )
Looking at women / females being dx with ASPS ,
as early as 2 and PG women having reoccurrence of ASPS after no activity for over 12 years then boom growth ,makes me think that the hormones should be evaluated and scrutinized big time.

Growth hormones and sex hormones and added food hormones as well as fertility injected hormones , play a role in both males and females at various stages of their life's . When ASPS is discovered ,it is possiblely not associated with hormones as the time line from the actual beginning to when symptoms of the tumor arise are not coinciding?

Some of the hormones will happen regardless of our intervention but if we think of the growth as being temporary and take care of it by surgical means rather by a med that may reduce our loved ones QOL or worse yet , there life ,then possibly it could be a turning point in ASPS protocol .

As a family we've at the very least have tried to eat organic meats and organic vegetables
( non GMO).
Just a thought. Comments welcomed and encouraged.

Abstract
Alveolar soft part sarcoma (ASPS) is a rare tumor of uncertain histogenesis, mainly localized in the extremities. ASPS originating in the uterine corpus is quite rare; only eight such cases have been reported in the literature. We here present another case of ASPS found in the endometrium in a 50-year-old woman. Metastatic malignant tumor, including ASPS from other organs, was excluded by physical examination and imaging modalities. Thallium 201 was only localized in the uterus. The tumor showed characteristic histological features of ASPS: alveolar architecture with fibrovascular septa and abundant eosinophilic granular cytoplasm with periodic acid-Schiff-positive crystalline material. Diffuse nuclear immunoreactivity for TFE3, a marker recently reported to be specific for ASPS, further supported the diagnosis of ASPS. Interestingly, this tumor was negative for myogenic markers, but positive for CD10, progesterone receptor, and estrogen receptor. These immunohistochemical results and the tumor location suggest a possible link between endometrial stromal cells and the development of this tumor.
