Need for surgical removal of lung etc metastasis

This writeup deals mainly with lung surgeries and also speaks of brain surgeries
My point is that we all must be diligent whenever possible of removing tumors at the time we are asymptomatic .When scans detect them not when we have symptoms.
Waiting till we are at a weakened state or the tumors are too big decreases our chances of surviving
