It suggested redo metastastecomies are worthwhile. The question one could ask is whether the patients who were candidates for the surgery were in a more favorable group anyway (this is a point that our UCLA surgeon raised). It looked as if most redos were in the 2-4 range though and perhaps the disease became more indolent with time (steepest slope in the first 4 years). 'F'
