other surgeons performing LAPM (laser assisted PM)

Since Dr.Rolle looming retirement approaches, I am now interested in finding and collecting an info about other surgeons using laser assisted pulmonary metastasectomy, so if anyone has any info to add - please feel free. I am expecting to get some additional info from Dr.Rolle himself.
So far I found few places:
- in India http://www.salhospital.com/ContentView. ... =68&PID=64
I remember Dr.Rolle saying that he is training the surgeon from India.
should be a less expensive option.
- in UK Dr.Ladas - he is very much known and highly recommended, we have ASPS patients who was operated on by him before. It is going to be the most expensive option out of all due to an insane pricing of the UK healthcare for the international patients.
This is him http://www.rbht.nhs.uk/healthprofession ... nts/ladas/
"Unique UK expertise in the use of the 1318nm lung laser for resection of primary and metastatic lung tumours "
- In Germany should be several but probably not all of them provide the info in Engl

- I looks like Princess Margaret Cancer center in Toronto started to use this tool as well but I can not find any info about it, probably the people mentioned that have an incorrect info and it is a percutaneous laser ablation that is performed there (like cryo or RFA), not an open surgery.
