The trial in US is active and is now recruiting in multiple locations incl. 2 in Canada!

https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT ... ib&rank=24
it is a crossover study for sunitinib versus cediranib which is not bad at all, but will probably exclude the patients that already had sunitinib before? Or may be not.

Hi Olga

Thanks so much for taking the time to share. I know that your time, as well as other moms of the young adults :) on the forum is well occupied with worry as well as embracing of family time .

Is sunitinib thought to a possible alternative in some "advanced" ASPS cases as opposed to to cediranib in relation to upper or lower extremities of the primary?
Why the clinical drugs? I guess I am having a hard time following the splitting and or combining of the trial on these young kids ?
