Nice article,
I'm interested in finding something that shows how these are "engineered" to work on different types of cancer. For eg Sutent does have effect on Kidney cancer but unfortunately not on ASPS or at least not that I know of

Sutent has about the same effect on ASPS as on the kidney cancer (RCC) and this is the reason there is a clinical trial comparing Sutent (sunitinib) versus cediranib.
