The main meeting for sarcomas - The Connective Tissue Oncology Society 2006 12th Annual Meeting - has just ended in Venice, Italy (November 2–4, 2006)
this is the program of the meeting:

http://www.ctos.org/meeting/2006/program06.asp
one of the subjects caught my attention - this is from our university (UBC) where Ivan studies and M A Knowling is his oncologist so I will be able to get more info (I hope):

(533) CLEAR CELL SARCOMA AND OTHER TRANSLOCATION-ASSOCIATED SARCOMAS ARE HIGHLY SENSITIVE TO HISTONE DEACETYLASE INHIBITOR MS-275
S Liu; M A Knowling; P Clarkson; J M Lubieniecka; H Cheng; * T O Nielsen
University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC, Canada
In the earlier years they always posted an abstracts of the presentations after the meeting but not anymore (to bad for us who want to fill the head by the useless knowledge as these finding will be translated to the treatment plan only in a few years if ever).
