Primary tumor in the lung in ASPS patient

As I understand ASPS the only understanding is it is all speculative to the origin however if we agree that it is an undetermined primary then maybe by taking a step back and we make a more constructive run at keeping it at bay ?
Scan with due diligence for the lirking,generally slow growing, tumors!

Sarcoma is the word that comes to mind
Muscle/skeletally composed cells in the proported "primary"

The primary tumor was
3.8×3.5×3.5 and well circumumsized--encapsulated
