University of Pittsburgh Medical Center just posted a new article descr. their experience with radiosurgery for spinal metastases in 500 cases. The link to the abstract on the Pubmed.gov is

They state that "Long-term tumor control was demonstrated in 90% of lesions treated with radiosurgery as a primary treatment modality and in 88% of lesions treated for radiographic tumor progression."
