Lungs are very much a metastatic environment . The heart lays adjacent to and in the chest cavity . Metastic heart mets are a possible reality ,especially for a long term ASPS patient .

There has been some need to know heart basic data to establish for a patient to have in their file as a baseline , and I’ve found this excellent beginning article as a start for a discussion .
