We always advise against unnecessary biopsies, they often can be avoided in times when advanced scanning techniques and clinical history could suggest the probable Dx without invasive approach (that could spread the sarcoma and infection). But this new article proves that in case the biopsy is 100% needed, it should be performed at an experienced sarcoma center and not by your local drs.
